Derek says: “I became a Guardian to improve the workplace experience. I believe that all staff should have the freedom to speak up to their employer, to raise concerns and offer suggestions without fear of recrimination or victimisation. We all want to work with an
open, supportive and listening employer which encourages and values our contributions.”
