I wish to make staff feel empowered and to support them where necessary.

June-Anne says: It is important that staff feel valued and listened to and sometimes a listening ear can make all the difference.
I have always ensured that staff are given the time required to talk about whatever is causing them concern no matter how small or how big the issue is.
I want staff to be treated fairly, be heard and to be able to work in an open, honest and transparent environment. Being a Guardian enables me to empower staff to speak up and support them where necessary in taking a concern forward.
