Lyn Thompson

Lyn has worked in public sector agencies, social care and criminal justice for over 27 years. 

His experience provided him with a grounding and understanding of the impact on people who feel that they do no have a voice in the workplace. 

Lyn says: "I became a Guardian as I feel everyone has the right to work in an environment that treats them with respect, and fairness, which in turn leads to them giving their best". 

My role helps those that take the lead to listen when their colleagues choose to speak up in an independent and confidential environment.
