Nicola has over 16 years experience working within compliance for recruitment agencies who supply temporary staff to the NHS. 

Her auditing work has helped teams improve their standards and legislative obligations. 

She has been a lifelong support for her youngest brother who had severe autism and learning disabilities.

Nicola says: I was his voice and advocate until the end of his life and want to take the skills I learnt with him, and apply them to the Guardian role.
