Cath has over 35 years’ experience working across the charity, criminal justice, mental health, homelessness, disability and community sectors.
Throughout her career, she has been driven by a consistent focus on the human experience of services, ensuring people feel listened to, respected and able to influence the decisions that affect their lives.
Cath has held a wide range of roles, including frontline support, project leadership, training and service development.
Cath says: “I believe people do their best work and achieve better outcomes, when they feel safe, listened to and involved in decisions that affect them. When those conditions are in place, it becomes much easier to find constructive ways forward.”
