Derek brings over 20 years’ experience in HR and has held senior HR positions in third sector and manufacturing organisations.
A specialist in employment law, Derek has significant experience in managing complex situations including change management, investigations and grievances. Derek holds a master’s degree in Human Resource Management, is a Fellow of the Institute of Paralegals and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
