Georgina is responsible for leading The Guardian Service’s quality assurance and business improvement function, ensuring the highest standards of consistency, compliance, and service delivery across the organisation.

With significant experience in governance, risk, and compliance, Georgina has overseen the company’s successful implementation of ISO 27001, embedding robust systems and processes that support both regulatory requirements and continuous improvement.
