With a master’s degree in Learning and Change management, Jacquie is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management and CIPD qualified in HR and training.
Jacquie says: “I became a Guardian to help give individuals confidence to speak up. If people have concerns, they need to be listened to, and might require support to resolve their concern. As a Guardian, I can contribute to the changing cultures of the NHS, helping establish values where people are listened to and actions are taken to safeguard patient and staff safety.”
