Julie has over 20 years’ HR experience and is HR and Contracts Business Partner at The Guardian Service.
Julie joined the organisation as a Guardian and combines frontline insight with a strong background in employee relations, recruitment, and workplace culture. She also supports contracts and commercial activity that help the organisation grow and deliver high-quality services.
Julie says “Building on my experience as a Guardian, I now support the organisation more widely, working closely with colleagues to develop and shape our people approach, help the business continue to grow, and manage our contracts effectively. I bring the same passion for supporting people, just in a wider and more strategic role.”
