Lincoln is an experienced and dedicated manager with 20 years of experience in motivating and mentoring staff at the Home Office, Metropolitan Police and Dept of Work and Pensions.
His experience brings considerable knowledge and expertise in HR processes and procedures, including providing advice and counselling to staff at all levels.
Lincoln says: “I am very passionate that staff have an independent Guardian to support them with their concerns. To me it’s important that staff are armed with the right information and are given options to decide how to move forward. It’s also important, whatever options staff decide, that I am there to support them on that sometimes lonely journey.”
