Rob Tully

Rob has a wealth of experience in recruiting and workforce strategies across multiple sectors and complex organisations.

During his different roles, Rob has found his passion for listening and engaging with all colleagues. He is an avid supporter and champion of equity and diversity. Rob wanted to become a Guardian to help people and ensure that they are heard; helping to enable change, encourage organisational progression and to most importantly support when people are in times of need.
