Sheela brings over 22 years’ experience from her career with Leicestershire and Surrey Police.
During this time, she developed strong leadership and management expertise, underpinned by a calm, approachable style and a commitment to active listening and people development.
She is particularly skilled at working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and communities. Sheela is confident in supporting people through difficult conversations and has significant experience of managing sensitive issues, with professionalism and care.
