Simon has had a very successful career for the last 25 years in global event management.

Working in such a diverse and demanding industry has given him a unique perspective when dealing with workplace issues and concerns. As an open member of the LGBTQ+ community, finding his voice and enabling others to find theirs, has been a lifelong philosophy. Although the issues faced by the LGBTQ+ community have changed over the years, Simon believes the need for individuals to be heard is just as important now as it ever has been.
