Stewart brings a range of experience drawn from education, training and the police service.

A qualified teacher, Stewart spent 16 years working in the police. He is very comfortable engaging with people from diverse backgrounds and communities, and has a lot of experience managing conflict and trauma.

Stewart says: "I want to be available if you wish to raise a concern about your workplace, share an innovative idea or just have the time to reflect on a situation at work. Sometimes just having someone there to talk something through helps us understand how we feel and what we need to move forward".
