Will Richards

Will has supported a variety of businesses over the past 20 years, helping them address complex ethical challenges, uphold accountability and protect public trust.

Beginning his career as a detective in the Metropolitan Police specialising in covert investigations, Will worked for Oxfam, Transparency International and most recently was the Head of Whistleblowing at the BBC.  In addition to other responsibilities, Will’s role will include being The Guardian Service’s own independent Guardian.
