Nikki has over ten years’ experience in mental health and wellbeing, peer support and digital service development and management, particularly with young people and adolescents.
This includes frontline experience of working within inpatient care in the mental health sector as well as case work and safeguarding experience.
As an open member of the LGBTQIA+ community, Nikki is passionate about advocating for those who struggle to have their voices heard, particularly from underrepresented communities.
