Our independent and experienced Guardians are at the heart of our business, providing a 24/7/365 confidential environment in which individuals are truly heard.

GSL Guardians support people to find solutions, create dialogue rather than disagreement, and promote local resolution. Fully trained and supported, they operate to an agreed escalation protocol to deal with issues appropriately and safely.

They forge relationships across the organisations they support – preserving their independence but embedding themselves so they can understand and help improve organisational culture.

Every case handled by a Guardian becomes an opportunity for learning and improvement.

Guardians can support individual organisations or groups of smaller businesses, tailoring their approach to reflect the needs of the organisations they support.

Issues, activity and outcomes matter to you and our Guardians. Data collection and reporting are managed through our bespoke reporting system – Dialog - and reports are presented monthly, quarterly and annually.
